Street-level retail, new apartment/loft conversions and public parking garages are common. The area has a lively daytime and evening vibe and is popular with locals for dining and events. Walkability: high for downtown errands, dining and attractions. Many places within a 5–15 minute walk. Local transit: served by Valley Metro buses and the Valley Metro Rail extension that reaches downtown Mesa (Main Street stations). Use the Valley Metro app for routes, real-time times and fares. Driving/parking: easy access to Main St, Macdonald and Center Street; public parking garages and on-street paid parking nearby. Typical valley driving culture applies (most visitors use cars). Pets: Small Dog or Cat-friendly property; Guests responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Pets must be potty trained (no outside space available). $300 pet deposit applies to all stays and is billed separately, upon approval. Access: Smart lock entry via interior and exterior garage door. Guests must use assigned off-street parking (1 car only). Parking in-garage or in other reserved spaces will result in HOA fines. Second and third floors are owner-occupied and not available for guest use. Please note, the entryway from/to garage is also shared. Security: The property is equipped with a solar camera installed in the front or back porch, active and operating at all times.
